  7. The development in MBRS started sometime in 1994, and has now (-96) come
  8. to its second version, that includes lots of features. 
  9. Here are SOME good ones..
  10.  
  11. * FILE_ID.DIZ support for LHA, LZH, LZX, DMS, ZIP archives, and all
  12.   kinds of textfiles. 
  13. * Optional byteratio for each user.
  14. * Optional creditfactors for seperate fileareas, and specific files, 
  15.   i.e you are able to set exactly the percentage that will be drawn for
  16.   downloads.
  17. * Free download on all files in a fast way - great for anniversaries.
  18. * You may change descriptions, move, delete, nuke files.
  19. * You may edit users byteratios, set UNLIMITED ratio and allowed downloads.
  20. * Users may raise their own accesses, byteratios when they have uploaded
  21.   enough (compared to what's configured).
  22. * Works fine with multinode-systems.
  23. * Easy for you programmers to write extra doors/utilities for it.
